EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Sugar

Beat Eagle Brand milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes until lightly brown in 375 degree oven (do not over bake). Store in covered container.

PEANUT BLOSSOMS: Shape as above, DO NOT FLATTEN. Bake. Press milk chocolate candy kiss in center of each ball immediately after baking.
