FLUFFY ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar Neufchatel cheese spread with pimiento
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream

Soften cream cheese; beat with cheese spread. Drain fruits, reserving 1/4 cup peach syrup. Cut up peaches; fold fruits and marshmallows into cheese. Whip cream (or use Cool Whip); fold in. Cover; chill. Serves 8.
