FLUFFY ORANGE SALAD 
8 oz. light cream cheese
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, reserve 1/3 c. syrup
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream

Cut up peaches, reserving 1/3 cup syrup. Beat syrup into cheese until fairly smooth. Fold in fruits and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill 5 to 6 hours or overnight. Salad is even better with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts. 10 to 12 servings.
