1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
Sm. amt. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 to 3 c. mashed potatoes
Sliced American cheese

Combine meat, soup and onions. Add small amount of milk and egg and mix well. Put into pie shell. Place potatoes on top. Put into 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Take out of oven and place cheese on top and put back in oven for about 20 minutes or cheese is golden brown. Serves 1 family of 4 or family of 2 if Ed is there.
