1 lb. spinach
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. salad oil
Baco chips of fried bacon, crumbled

Clean spinach and take off stems. Put in large salad bowl. In jar or small bowl mix sugar, salt, mustard, grated onion, vinegar, and oil and shake. Pour over spinach when ready to serve.
