SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared light mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. soup stock or water

Pour tomato juice in saucepan, heat to boiling point. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar and garlic; blend well. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soup stock. Stir to mix well before using. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
