SPICY TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. ground red chilies to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped (3 med.)
2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
12 oz. beer, any brand

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
