CINCINNATI CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, optional
Spaghetti, optional

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Place small portions in blender. Blend a few seconds then place in a Dutch oven. Blend entire 2 pounds ground beef.

Combine meat mixture with tomato paste, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cinnamon, chili powder, garlic and pepper. Add chili beans (optional). Simmer 1-2 hours. Serve over spaghetti if desired. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Use leftovers as topping for hot dogs.
