DECORATOR COOKIES FROM NANCY 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sifted flour

Combine sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients, one at a time, beating well. Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in green and/or red sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
