VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All Vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. onions, saute in butter
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Cheese Ritz crackers

Mix all together. Butter casserole and put in. Top with crushed Cheese Ritz crackers. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
