VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All or mixed vegetables, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. cheese, shredded
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Mix all together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
