TURTLE BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. melted butter
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans or sunflower nuts (seeds)

TOPPING:

1 (12 oz.) jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1/4 c. flour

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and salt. Add butter, mix until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecan nuts (or sunflower seeds) over partially baked oat base. Combine butterscotch and 1/4 cup flour topping and drizzle over chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over butterscotch. Continue baking for 5 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Chill to set chocolate. Cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen.
