CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken thighs, deboned and skinless, boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/2 c. sour cream

Put chicken in casserole (chopped in bite sizes). Mix the above ingredients and pour over chicken. Crumble one stack of Ritz crackers over casserole. Melt one stick of butter. Pour over crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chicken is optional you can use chicken breast or mix it.
