DIET SOUP 
6 lg. onions
1 can whole tomatoes or 2 fresh (not salt lite)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 green peppers
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. stalk celery

Cut vegetables; add all the above ingredients into a large pot. Cover with water. Boil 10 minutes covered. Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are soft.
