DANISH APPLE-NUT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. walnuts, chopped
4 cooking apples, sliced thinly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix sugar, oil and eggs until blended. Beat 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except apples and nuts. Beat 1 minute. Stir in nuts and apples. Bake 1 hour.
