TEXAS TATERS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 stick melted butter

Combine first 6 ingredients and top with cornflakes mixed with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
