ROLLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 chicken breasts, skin removed
6 slices baked ham
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter

Pound chicken between plastic wrap to 3x5-inches. Put ham slice over chicken slice, then Jack cheese; roll up and tuck in sides. use toothpicks. Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Dip chicken rolls in melted butter, then in crumbs. Put in shallow, flat glass dish. Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes.

Serves 6.
