CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract

Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature. Mix well. Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and salt. Beat mixture 3 minutes. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Beat mixture 3 more minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and place in cold oven. Turn oven to 300 to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
