3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs and mix with all other ingredients.

TOPPING:

1 c. pecans, chopped finely
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour

Combine sugar, flour and butter. Fold in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
