TEXAS PANHANDLE YUM YUM 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well. Spread in pan (9 x 13) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread on pastry.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. vanilla (instant) pudding
1 sm. chocolate (instant) pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix well and spread on second layer. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Chill.
