15 MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
2/3 c. water
13 oz. can of mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
Rice or noodles, buttered

Brown thin strips of meat in fat of meat. Add water, mushrooms and liquid. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil. Add blended flour and sour cream. Cook until thick. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 5 or 6.
