MICROWAVE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. extra-lean beef
1 (3 oz.) can mushroom slices and liquid
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. sour cream

Microwave ground beef (crumbled and covered with waxed paper) in 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole for 4-5 minutes on high; drain. Add mushroom and onion soup mix.

Add flour, garlic powder, and catsup to sour cream. Blend well and add to ground beef mixture. Microwave covered for 5-6 minutes on high, stirring once. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
