GRANDMA'S FAMOUS FRENCH TOAST 
FRENCH TOAST:

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 slices bread

In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs with the milk, and vanilla. Dip a slice of bread into mixture then place on a heated griddle that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side on medium to medium-high heat or until desired doneness.

TOPPING:

butter (as much as you want)
sugar (as much as you want)

Take your butter and spread it all around your French Toast. Then take some sugar and sprinkle it on.

Variation: Use cinnamon sugar for the topping.

Makes 10 slices.
