SAVORY SALMON LOAF 
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan (small) and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes. Turn out onto platter and garnish with sliced hard cooked eggs and sliced pickles. Serves 6.
