VELVEETA CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
Mild green chilies, chopped
Garlic salt

Roll velveeta cheese between wax paper. Spread softened cream cheese over Velveeta. Sprinkle green chilies and garlic salt over cheeses. Starting at one end, roll the cheese into a log. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
