HONEY BAKED TOMATOES 
8 very ripe tomatoes, med. size
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice off stem end of tomatoes. Scoop out seed. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix crumbs with salt and pepper. Drizzle honey over tomatoes. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Place under broiler to brown crumbs.
