MARINATED BROCCOLI
 
3 bunches broccoli
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Cut flowerets into bite-size pieces (or cut broccoli into strips). Mix together all other ingredients. Combine with broccoli. Refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours. Shake all together several times. Drain and serve.
