KEY LIME BARS 
Crust:

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Filling:

2 eggs
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. fresh Key lime juice
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Frosting:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. fresh Key lime juice
grated Key lime peel

Heat oven to 350°F. In small mixer bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press on bottom of 9-inch square baking pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Meanwhile in small mixer bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Beat at low speed until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Pour filling over hot partially baked crust. Continue baking for 18 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.

In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Spread over cooled bars. Cut into bars. Garnish with grated lime peel.
