SALMON WITH CREAMY LIME SAUCE 
Salmon filets
1 tbsp. Tequila
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine Tequila and lime and pour over salmon. Marinate for 30 minutes.

In blender, combine sour cream, parsley, chives, lime peel, salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Broil salmon, basting with marinade mixed with butter, for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness. Serve topped with sauce and sprig of parsley or dill for garnish. Pass extra sauce.
