BROCCOLI HELENE WITH LIME SAUCE 
Blanch broccoli; cool. Place on plate and sprinkle with Italian Dressing. Serve cold with Lime Sauce.

LIME SAUCE:

2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. grated lime peel
2 tsp. white horseradish
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
