TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. bag tater tots
8-10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat, onion, celery and mushrooms with the salt and pepper. Layer the meat mixture in a 9x13x2 inch Pam-sprayed casserole dish. Spread the mushroom soup on top of meat mixture. Next, add the tater tots and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the tater tots are browned. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
