1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. browned ground round beef, drained
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 eggs

Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer cheeses. Mix beef with seasonings and tomato paste. Spoon over cheeses.

Beat together the milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes in 400 degree oven. Sprinkle more cheese on top, if desired. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
