TURKEY-MUSHROOM SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. sliced green olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and serve on a bed of lettuce.
