BROCCOLI MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. fresh broccoli flowerettes
2 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Hungarian (sweet) paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Vigorously shake dressing until combined. Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.
