ORANGE BANANA CAKE 
1 c. Crisco or butter, creamed
3 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. red maple syrup
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda sifted with 2 1/2 - 3 c. Martha White self-rising flour
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. banana flavoring

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix until real creamy. Then add orange juice and buttermilk alternately with flour and soda ending with flour. Add flavorings. Pour into three 8 inch cake pans or 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake for about 25 minutes or until tests done in 350 degree oven.

GLAZE FOR CAKE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. orange juice
1-2 tbsp. hot water

Mix well and pour over warm cake or frost with your choice.
