BABY LASOUER PEAS AND DILL | |
2 cans baby peas 1 tsp. chopped dill 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. sour cream 1 tbsp. butter Salt and pepper Melt one tablespoon butter. Add flour. Cook until light yellow in color (do not brown). Add salt, pepper, dill, peas and juice. Constantly stir for a few moments. Turn off heat. Put in one teaspoon sour cream. Mix gently and serve. |
