ORANGE COCONUT CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. coconut

Sift together sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt into the top of double boiler. Gradually add juices and water stirring constantly. Cook until it becomes thick and clear.
