HERBED FRENCH DRESSING 
3/4 c. Mazola corn oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, split
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Measure all ingredients into jar and cover tightly. Shake well and chill. Remove garlic. Makes 1 cup, serve on fresh, crisp salad greens, carrots curls, cherry tomato, sliced radishes, scallions, and cucumbers.
