FRENCH ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. onion juice or grated onion
1/4 c. crumbled Roquefort
1/2 c. tomato juice

Mix dry ingredients, add oil and stir until well blended. Add vinegar and onion. Beat and shake until mixture thickens slightly. Add cheese and shake. Stir well before serving. Needs extra salt if used for tossed salad.
