“BROWNIES (EASY METHOD)” IS IN:

BROWNIES (EASY METHOD)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup toasted pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F degrees.

Grease an 8-inch square pan. Dust lightly with cocoa and shake out excess.

Melt butter and mix it with cocoa powder. Then add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour and salt. Mix to combine. Stir in toasted pecans, if desired.

Butter the baking pan lightly and sprinkle flour or cocoa over the pan until covered. This will help the mixture not to stick to the dish.

Spread brownie batter evenly in pan and put in oven to bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes. When a tooth pick is inserted and it comes out clean the brownies are ready.

Allow to cool until warm before cutting.

These were delicious! My favorite brownie recipe now. Very chewy and just the perfect texture. Thinking of making these for our family Christmas party and adding some festive sprinkles on top.

Yum! I had to taste the batter first to make sure I didn't overdose the cocoa so I added some more sugar to balance it out. Thank you, great recipe!

All of the great reviews are for good reason! I whipped these up in ten minutes, used a spoon (no mixer required!) to mix, and my husband and I love them. I will definitely make again.

Very easy and very good brownies, my family loved them. :) I doubled the recipe and all disappeared quickly. Next time I will add macadamia nuts, and maybe chocolate chips. There definitely will be a next time they're so good!

As I've said in the past, I can't smell nor taste so my husband is my taster. He said it was delicious! ... and triple the recipe :)
