SALMON LOG 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 lb. salmon, drained, cleaned & flaked
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Mix well the cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, salt, horseradish and liquid smoke. Add the salmon; mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Mix the pecans, parsley (and cheese, if desired). Form the salmon and cream cheese mixture into a log and roll it in the parsley and pecans.
