SALMON LOG 
1 lg. can salmon
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. diced pecans
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped

Mix salmon and cream cheese well. Add liquid smoke, lemon juice and minced onion. Chill for several hours. Remove from refrigerator and place on serving tray molding the mixture into log shape 8 to 10 inches in length. Cover log with parsley and pecans. Serve with crackers. Preparation: 15 minutes.
