CRISP CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
8-12 oz. chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
