TACO TARTLETS | |
Meat shells 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. taco seasoning with 2 tbsp. ice water FILLING: 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. red taco sauce 2 oz. chopped ripe olives 1 c. tortilla chips, coarsely chopped, divided 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded For meat shells, combine all ingredients. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans, set aside. Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives and 3/4 cup tortilla chips. Spoon filling into each shell mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese. Sprinkle over each tartlet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce. Makes 32 tartlets. |
