LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped hard boiled eggs
4-6 slices bacon, cooked

DRESSING 1:
1 c. mayonnaise (blendaise blend)
2 tsp. sugar

DRESSING 2:
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. Bleu cheese dressing mix

Layer all ingredients in salad bowl or 9 x 12 x 2 inch starting and ending with lettuce. Mix together in small bowl ingredients to either of the dressings. Frost top of layered salad with dressing mixture. Cover with plastic wrap or foil, then refrigerate overnight.
