1 med. head cabbage, shredded (approx. 6 c.)
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. whipping cream

Place cabbage in a bowl. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Thirty minutes before serving, combine salt, sugar, vinegar and whipping cream in a small bowl. Chill. Just before serving, mix dressing into the cabbage. Makes about 12 servings.
