SWEET & SOUR SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. onion
7/8 c. sugar
1 green pepper

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. dry mustard

Shred cabbage and pepper, slice onion very thin. Put layer of cabbage, then onions. Sprinkle sugar over each layer. Mix dressing ingredients. Bring to rolling boil, pour over cabbage. Cover and let stand at least 4 hours. Refrigerate.
