MUSTARD BAKED RIBS 
2 lb. ribs, pork chops or chicken pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
1/2 onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Mustard
1 c. bouillon or broth

Spread mustard on meat. Mix spices and sprinkle on meat. Put meat and bouillon in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting frequently.
