RICE SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash red pepper
2 oz. jar pimientos
1/2 tsp. mustard
Mayonnaise to taste

Mince all ingredients well, then combine them. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until chilled.
