3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Marshmallows

Put all ingredients except marshmallows in mixing bowl and mix at medium speed. Put into greased oven-proof dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Can add nuts if desired.
